Google Flow Music adds VST3 and AU export for custom Spaces
Producers can now move no-code tools they build in Flow Music into the DAWs they already use.
Google Flow Music now lets producers turn custom Spaces into VST3 and AU plugins that run inside their DAWs, which brings its no-code music tools into professional production workflows. The feature is aimed at letting artists and producers build custom instruments or effects with natural language and use them inside the software they already work in. Google highlighted producer Khris Riddick-Tynes as an example: he made a plugin called “No Chaser” to help keep his instrumentals and vocals sharp and studio-quality regardless of where they were recorded.
Why it matters
This puts custom instruments and effects made with natural language into the place where producers actually work. Instead of staying inside Flow Music, a Space can now become a plugin and slot into existing production setups, which makes it easier to use bespoke tools on real projects. Google’s example of No Chaser shows how that can turn an idea into a working studio tool.
