Blackwall raises $100 million at a $2.2 billion valuation

The funding gives the web traffic security startup more room to expand through its partner channel across four regions.

Blackwall said it has raised $100 million in Series C funding at a $2.2 billion valuation, a jump that company leaders say is four times its prior valuation from 2025. The Estonia-based startup sells web traffic security through hosting, managed service and cloud partners rather than directly to site owners, with tools aimed at filtering bots, DDoS attacks and other unwanted traffic, including AI agents. AVP led the round, with Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures also joining. Blackwall says the money will help it broaden operations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, while it builds more security products for its channel partners.

Why it matters

Blackwall’s growth matters because it sells through hosting, managed service and cloud partners, so the new funding strengthens a route that already reaches website customers through those providers. Its planned expansion across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East suggests the company is trying to widen that channel rather than switch to direct sales.
