Google adds Gemini tools for small business branding, finance and workflows

The new business-focused experience ties planning, marketing, finance and app connections together in one place for Gemini users.

Google is rolling out new Gemini features aimed at small business owners, bundling planning, marketing, finance, and app connections into a single business-focused experience. The company says the new landing page can help users build their brand, review finances, and surface customer insights, while also linking Gemini with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Workspace, and tools such as Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho, and Xero. Google is also adding brand-style controls so businesses can upload a website, brand kit, fonts, or color palettes and use them with its Nano Banana 2.1 image model to generate consistent marketing assets. On the finance side, Gemini can convert spreadsheets, receipts, and purchase records into graphics and interactive models, and the company says these features are starting to roll out globally in the coming days to all Gemini app users.

Why it matters

For small businesses, Gemini is moving from a general assistant to a place where brand work, finance review and workflow links sit together. That means owners can keep visual assets consistent, connect the tools they already use, and turn records into graphics and models without switching between separate services.
